COOKING CAN BE SO MUCH FUN.

Workshops at your place or somewhere else.  How to replace sugar, bread and cow milk products? Which edible plants are growing here? How to grow wheatgrass ? How to "bake" the most yummy raw cake ? Do I have to completely change the way I eat ? Which gadgets are needed ? This is all not that difficult- you just need some skills, investions and an open mind. It's not even all that cold and raw and can be easily added to "normal" food. Here in Spain it's also much easier to stick with seasonal & local products.

My favourite Raw Food "gurus" are Brian Clement (Hippocrates Institute), David "Avocado" Wolfe, Markus Rothkranz & Gabriel Cousens, Anthony William among many others. I could come to you anywhere in the world as a "TRFI" (Traveling Raw Food Instructor") and stay with you for a few days.

In 2022 I have completed an online-training course as a fasting instructor as well. 

Workshops bei dir, je nachdem wo du wohnst.   Wie ersetze ich Zucker, Brot und Milchprodukte ? Welche essbaren Pflanzen wachsen vor meiner Haustür ? Wie baue ich Weizengras an ? Wie mache ich eine rohe und ganz extrem leckere Torte ? Muss ich komplett meine Ernährung umstellen ? Welche Geräte sind am besten ?  Das alles ist im Grunde ziemlich einfach mit ein bischen Knowhow und Umdenken. Es muss auch nicht nur alles roh und kalt sein !  Vegan ist mir wichtig, frisch und selbstgesammelt, soweit möglich.  2022 habe ich eine Online-Ausbildung zur Fastenleiterin absolviert.
